Guatemala Huehuetenango Finca La Providencia Palau is sourced from Finca La Providencia, located in the Huehuetenango region, Guatemala. Owned and operated by Maximiliano Palacios (Max), a third-generation coffee farmer. The center of La Providencia is a brilliant wet mill that slopes down the property, takes full advantage of gravity, and the ripe cherry is placed in water and depulped while passing through canals on the way to the drying patios below.
